For researchers and PhD candidates

From idea to a draft submission-ready paper.

Publyxo finds your research gap in indexed literature, drafts each section with sources you can open, checks every reference, then puts your manuscript in front of three referees and an editor. You see the verdict before a journal does.

    Already written?

Your paper is ready? Hear the referees before the journal does.

You don’t need to start from an idea. Upload the manuscript you have finished: Publyxo rewrites nothing, it reviews your paper the way a journal would and tells you what to fix before you submit.

    1. Upload your .docxCharts and tables are fine; their captions are read.
    2. Three referees and an editorMethod, novelty, clarity: each with its own mandate.
    3. A decision and a ranked list of fixesWhat to fix first, and which referee asked for it.

    Three roles, one dossier

A scout, a writer and a review panel.

Each step is handled by a separate role with its own brief. They share one dossier: the papers the scout finds are the ones the writer cites and the referees check.

    01 · Scout

    Finds the gap

Searches indexed literature, keeps the papers that are really about your subject, and tells you whether each question is crowded or promising. It never calls something a gap without enough evidence.

You get five rated questions and up to 15 real papers you can open.
    02 · Scribe

    Drafts with your sources

Drafts one section at a time and cites only the papers in your dossier. It also turns your figures and tables into journal-ready material.

You get a citable draft, exported to Word or LaTeX.
    03 · Referees

    Review like a journal

Three referees with separate mandates — method, novelty, clarity — then an editor who decides. Every reference is also matched against Crossref and OpenAlex.

You get a decision and a ranked list of fixes.
    Figures and tables

    From a screenshot to a journal-ready table.

Drop in a screenshot of your results table. Publyxo transcribes it into a booktabs LaTeX table, writes the caption, and writes the paragraph that introduces it in your text. For a figure, you get the caption and the paragraph.

Table 3. Accuracy, F1 score, on-device latency and model size of the four classifiers on the field test set.

    Referencing paragraph

As shown in Table 3, the proposed Lite-PD model reaches 95.9% accuracy, within 0.3 points of ResNet-50, while running seven times faster (29 ms vs 212 ms) at one sixteenth of the size.

Always check the generated table before you use it: Publyxo transcribes, it does not correct your data.

    Why it works

What gets a paper rejected, and what Publyxo does about it.

The gap is thin, or already filled.
A gap drawn from real papers.Publyxo screens 60 indexed papers, keeps up to 15 of the most relevant and tells you whether your angle is saturated, crowded, promising or wide open, before you write a line.
A reference is wrong, or does not exist.
Every reference matched against Crossref and OpenAlex.Fabricated, mis-dated and retracted sources are flagged, and so are citations missing from your list. You fix them before a referee finds them.
The paper goes to the wrong journal.
Five journals matched to your abstract. From ambitious to accessible, each one checked against OpenAlex. A journal we cannot find is labelled unverified, never passed off as real.
You wait three months to hear the flaws.
Three referees and an editor, in minutes.Method, novelty and clarity, then a decision and a list of fixes ranked by priority.

Why not just use a chatbot?

A general assistant answers questions. Publyxo follows a paper through the steps a journal will judge it on.

    Our rules

Four things Publyxo will never do.

    Write the paper for you.

It drafts, structures and critiques. You decide, rewrite and verify. That is the only version of the work that holds up in a viva.

    Invent your data or results.

Methods and Results are written only from what you give us: your data, your numbers. When a detail is missing, the draft says [To complete] instead of guessing.

    Invent a citation.

References come from indexed databases. When a field is missing, it stays missing. A fabricated citation in a published paper is worse than a missing one.

    Train on your manuscript.

Your dossier is private to your account. It is never published or indexed, so it cannot surface in a later similarity check.

    Pricing

Pay per paper, not per month.

Research moves in bursts. Buy credits when you need them. They never expire.

    Start with 15 free credits.

Enough to analyse a research gap and run a full three-referee review of a paper you have already written. No card needed.

Skipping a step is free. Go straight to writing, or straight to review with a finished manuscript. You pay only for what runs.

Interrupted work is not charged twice. If a review stops halfway, it resumes where it stopped at no extra cost.

Exports are free. Word, LaTeX, BibTeX and RIS use no credits.

    Questions

Will it raise my similarity score?

No. Nothing is copied from a text database, and your manuscript is never published or indexed, so it cannot appear as a source in a later check.

    What about AI-content detectors?

They can flag text, and they are unreliable in both directions. Many journals also ask you to disclose AI assistance. Treat every draft as a starting point, rewrite it in your own voice, and follow your target journal’s AI policy.

Can I submit the draft as it is?

No. Publyxo writes a draft and you remain the author. Read every sentence, check every number and reference against your data and sources, rewrite it in your own voice and follow your journal’s AI policy. You are responsible for what you submit, and no Publyxo result guarantees acceptance (see the Terms).

My paper is finished. Can I only get the review?

Yes. Upload it as a Word file and run the review directly, or paste your reference list for the reference check alone. Charts and tables in the file do not get in the way.

Which languages does it work in?

English, French and Arabic, for the interface and for the paper. You can also write the paper in English while keeping the interface in French or Arabic.

    Who can see my manuscript?

Only you. Your dossier is tied to your account, it is never published, and it is not used to train any model.

    How do I reach you?

Write to hello@publyxo.com in English, French or Arabic. A real person replies, usually within one working day: questions before you buy, payments, refunds or anything that goes wrong in the tool.

    Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of purchase: we refund the credits you have not used, at the price you paid. For example, 60 credits bought for $9 with 5 used: $8.25 back. Free credits count as used first. Write to hello@publyxo.com.

    Do credits expire?

No. Come back after your fieldwork or your experiments and they are still there.

Know the verdict before you submit.
